Getting Started with Your Order

To ensure our Sales Team can assist you efficiently, please provide a few key details.

This simple checklist makes requesting your quote quick and easy.

Precision

To guarantee your logo is sized to the exact millimeter, your artwork must be submitted to scale. Standard images (like JPEGs or PNGs) can distort or "stretch," leading to blurry prints or incorrect sizing.

The Gold Standard for Files:

For a razor-sharp, professional finish, please provide your designs in a Vector format. This ensures your quote is accurate and your final product is flawless.

Preferred Formats:

  • Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

  • Vector EPS

  • Print-Ready PDF

    (All fonts must be outlined)

Why Vector? Unlike standard photos, vector files can be scaled to any size—from a tiny watch face to a massive storefront—without losing a single drop of detail.

💡 Don't have a Vector file? If you only have a .JPEG or .PNG, ensure it is at least 300 DPI at the size you want it printed. If we detect a quality issue, our team will reach out before we go to press to ensure you get a result you'll love.

Pro-Tip: Fitting Your Artwork

To get the most value, you can "fit" your artwork—fitting as many logos or designs as possible onto a single sheet. As long as they fit within the dimensions above, we’ll print them all for one flat sheet rate.

Color

Artwork Colors & Pantone Matching

  • Number of colors matters:

    • More colors can increase production time and affect the quote.

    • Each color should be accounted for when requesting a quote.

  • Pantone (PMS) colors:

    • Specify PMS colors in your notes or artwork

      to ensure exact color matching.

  • Our process for color accuracy:

    • All colors are hand-mixed by our expert team.

    • Finished transfers are reviewed by 3–4 team members for quality and consistency.

How does the Transfer

Work?

  • Ensure the target surface (plastic, metal, wood, glass) is perfectly clean, dry, and free from grease or dust. A clean substrate is essential for proper adhesion.

  • Carefully cut out the desired decal from the sheet, leaving a small margin around the design. Position the transfer—backing paper side up—and tape it in place using low-tack painter’s tape to ensure precision.

  • Using a burnishing tool, stylus, or hard object (like a plastic card), firmly and evenly rub over the transfer sheet from the center outward to ensure the ink adheres to the surface.

  • Slowly peel away the carrier sheet. If part of the design hasn't transferred, lay it back down and rub again. Once finished, place the backing paper over the design and rub again for maximum adhesion, optionally applying a clear sealant for extra protection.
